1. About us This website is operated by Vape Hero. We are Vault Hero Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Company registration number: 17107393. Contact us through the form on our Help & Contact page. 2. Who can buy from us You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to buy from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the products are for your own use, and that you are not buying on behalf of anyone under 18. It is a criminal offence to buy nicotine products for a person under 18. 3. Products Product descriptions, images, nicotine strengths, volumes and pack sizes are provided as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. We only sell reusable devices, refillable pods, e-liquids and spares that carry a valid UK notification reference; we do not sell single-use vapes. 4. Prices and savings Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Where we show a comparison price or saving, it is based on a typical high-street or off-licence price for the same product that we have recorded and approved internally; it is an indication and not a claim about any particular shop. We try to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at the wrong price we will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. 5. How a contract is formed Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it — and a contract is formed — only when we have completed our age check and confirmed despatch. Until then we may refuse the order for any lawful reason and refund you in full. 6. Payment Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Orders are only despatched once payment has cleared. 7. Delivery See our Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. 8. Cancellation and returns Because of the nature of the goods we sell, all sales are final. Using the products safely Follow the manufacturer instructions supplied with your device. Keep e-liquids and devices out of reach of children and pets. Use only the charger and coils intended for your device. Nicotine is an addictive substance and these products are not suitable for non-smokers, under-18s, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. 10. Your account Keep your password secure and do not share your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms, in particular our age rules. 11. Our liability We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of the products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. 12. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. 15. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
