Responsible Retailing

How we sell nicotine products responsibly, and where to get help to stop smoking.

Last updated 12 Sept 2026

Who our products are for Our products are intended for adult smokers and vapers aged 18 or over who want an alternative to smoking. They are not for non-smokers, under-18s, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Nicotine is an addictive substance. What we will not do - We do not sell to anyone under 18, and we refuse orders we believe are for a minor. - We do not sell single-use vapes. - We do not market to children or young people, and we do not use imagery, characters or language designed to appeal to them. - We do not claim that our products are a licensed medicine or a guaranteed way to quit smoking. - We do not offer free samples of nicotine products. Compliance checks before a product goes on sale Every product must pass an internal compliance check before it can be published. We check that it is notified with a valid UK notification reference, that e-liquid is sold in bottles of 10ml or less at no more than 20mg/ml nicotine, that tank and pod capacities meet the 2ml limit where applicable, that required warnings and leaflets are present, and that the manufacturer and importer are identified on the product page. Anything that fails the check cannot be listed. Clear information Nicotine strength, liquid volume, pack size, flavour, manufacturer and importer details are shown on the product page so you know exactly what you are buying. Where a comparison price is shown, it is based on a recorded typical retail price for the same product. Safety Keep e-liquids and devices away from children and pets. Use only the coils and charger designed for your device, do not leave batteries charging unattended, and stop using a product and contact us if a device becomes hot, swollen or damaged. Quantity limits We may limit quantities or refuse an order where the volume suggests it is not for personal use. Help to stop smoking If you want support to stop smoking or using nicotine, the NHS Better Health service offers free advice and local stop-smoking services at nhs.uk/better-health/quit-smoking, and your GP or pharmacist can help. Reporting a concern If you believe we have sold irresponsibly, or you have a safety concern about a product, use the contact form on our Help & Contact page and we will investigate.
