UK vaping rules and age requirements

Age Nicotine vaping products may only be sold to people aged 18 or over. Vape Hero verifies age before an order is released.

Product limits - Nicotine-containing e-liquid is capped at 20mg/ml. - Nicotine e-liquid bottles are limited to 10ml. - Tanks and pods supplied prefilled are limited to 2ml. - Products must be notified to the regulator before being placed on the market.

Packaging and labelling Nicotine products must carry a health warning, an ingredients list, a nicotine content statement, batch information and child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging.

Single-use vapes Vape Hero does not sell single-use vapes. Reusable devices with replaceable pods or coils are sold instead.

Duty A Vaping Products Duty has been legislated for in the UK. Where it applies, it affects the price of e-liquid rather than the rules on who can buy it.
