Nicotine strength is written in milligrams per millilitre (mg/ml). A 10mg product contains 10mg of nicotine in each millilitre of liquid.

The UK limit Nicotine-containing e-liquid sold in the UK is capped at 20mg/ml. Percentages are sometimes used instead: 1% is 10mg/ml and 2% is 20mg/ml.

How strength relates to the device - Tight mouth-to-lung pod kits produce less vapour per puff, so they are usually paired with higher strengths such as 10mg or 20mg. - Open direct-to-lung devices produce far more vapour, so lower strengths are normally used.

Salt or freebase At 10mg and 20mg, nicotine salt is commonly used because it is generally described as smoother on the throat than freebase nicotine at the same strength.

Nicotine is an addictive substance. These products are for adults aged 18 or over.
