Nicotine e-liquid is a consumer product that contains an addictive substance and must be stored responsibly.

Storage basics

  • Keep bottles and pods sealed and upright.
  • Store away from direct sunlight and heat, at normal room temperature.
  • Keep liquid in its original packaging so the strength, batch and warnings stay with it.
  • Keep every nicotine product out of the sight and reach of children and pets.

Handling spills

Wipe spills immediately and wash your hands. Follow the safety information on the bottle label, which is supplied by the manufacturer.

Shelf life

Manufacturers print a best-before or expiry date on the packaging. Flavour and colour can change over time; follow the manufacturer date rather than using liquid indefinitely.

Nicotine is an addictive substance. These products are for adults aged 18 or over and are not suitable for non-smokers, under 18s, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
